Your privacy rights

Last updated: 16 July 2026 · OhMyFun

We love fun and games, but privacy protection deserves serious attention. You should have control over the information you share online and be able to change or delete it. Learn about your privacy rights and how to use them.

What are your privacy rights?

Key points

  • Privacy rights give you more control over your data — including information linked to your device, such as games you have played.
  • You can ask what information we hold, request deletion, or ask us to stop using it in certain cases.
  • If you believe we are not following the rules, you may contact a supervisory authority in your country.

You can always ask what information we have about you. You can also ask us to delete your information or stop using it. If you think something is wrong, you can ask us to correct it.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that significantly affect you. If you want to talk to us about any of these topics, send us a message at contact@ohmyfun.com.

What privacy rights do you have?

Key points

  • Withdraw consent — cancel permission you gave us to use your information.
  • Access — check what information we hold and how we use it.
  • Rectification — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your personal information when it is no longer needed.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format where applicable.
  • Automated decisions — we do not make significant decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

The extent to which you can exercise these rights may depend on where you live and the legal basis for our processing. Contact us for details about your specific situation.

Because we mainly process technical data, we may not always be able to change records (for example exact access timestamps). Where correction is not possible, we may offer deletion instead.

What rights apply in your country?

Key points

  • In the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the UK you may have additional rights such as objection and restriction of processing.
  • The right to object lets you ask us to stop using your information for certain purposes.
  • The right to restrict processing means we keep but do not use your data while a request is reviewed.
  • The right to complain lets you contact a supervisory authority — please contact us first so we can try to resolve your issue.

Residents of California and other US states may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We will honour applicable requests in line with those laws.

How do privacy requests work?

Key points

  • Email us at contact@ohmyfun.com to exercise your rights.
  • Requests are generally free. We may charge a reasonable fee or refuse manifestly unfounded or excessive repeated requests.
  • For cookie-related requests, we may need cookie identifiers from your browser to locate the correct data — we will explain how when you contact us.

What happens after you make a privacy request?

Key points

  • We respond as quickly as we can, usually within one month. Complex requests may take longer — we will keep you informed.
  • We may ask you to verify your identity before processing sensitive requests.
  • Sometimes the law prevents us from fulfilling a request. If so, we will explain why where we are permitted to do so.

For more about how we use data, see Why we use your data and our cookie settings.
